The Powder Flamespray process uses powder, which is melted in an oxygen-fuel gas flame. The raw material can be metal, ceramic or plastic, making the powder flame spray process very versatile in its applications.

POWDERJET-85 (5P-II Type) :

A powder spray gun for spraying hard facing alloys, ceramics and metals using oxygen and fuel gas. No moving parts in the spray gun.

Extensively used for repair of engine parts and OEM applications. Various hardware configurations are available to spray metallic, ceramic cermet powders.

POWDERJET-86 (6P-II Type) :

A production type powder spray gun for continuous spraying operation. Powder is fed from a separate POWDER FEEDER. It has no moving parts.

Various hardware configurations are available to spray metallic, ceramic, cermet, powders.

PG 550 Thermalspray system
The PG 550 system is a versatile Thermalspray system for flamespraying Polymers, Metals and Ceramics. Due to the versatility of the system it can be used with propane, acetylene or hydrogen as well as offering extensive applications using the widest range of polymer powders.

Like most other systems can spray metals and ceramics but the PG550 also sprays well L.D.Polyethylene, Nylon®, Teflon®, Rubber, Polyamide, and Halar®.

Applications include Printing rolls, pulp mills, refineries, non-stick, food equipment, water tanks, decorative, impellors etc.
